Nick Figueroa

Analyst

Mr. Figueroa performs multiple functions for Accelerate Sports, including market research, financial analysis, and preparation of marketing materials.

Mr. Figueroa graduated from the University of Southern California in May 2021. Throughout his college career, Mr. Figueroa has been a USC Division I Football player who excels in academics. He graduated from Riverside Community College and was on the Dean’s List for USC Price School of Public Policy as well as Riverside Community College.

Prior to joining Accelerate Sports, Mr. Figueroa gained experience working as a Brokerage Intern. He worked closely with principal brokers to execute deals at the world's largest occupier commercial real estate company in their pilot internship program. His key responsibilities included market research, business development, and financial analysis.

Mr. Figueroa was born and raised in San Bernardino, California. He attended Cajon High School and Cal Poly & Riverside Community College.

• Trojan Athletic Senate Football Representative (April 2020 - Present)

  Elected football representative to provide leadership and athlete input on issues at the campus, conference, and national levels.

• USC Society 53 (April 2020 - Present)

  Ambassador of the governing and programming board for the Student Alumni Association to expand and fortify the Trojan network.

• Trojan Real Estate Association (January 2020 - Present)

  Active member of the leading undergraduate real estate organization at the University of Southern California.

• Marshall Real Estate Finance Association (January 2020 - Present)

  Active member representing the educational, pre-professional and networking interests of students pursuing studies and careers in real estate finance.
