Jojo Fallas

ASSOCIATE

Mr. Fallas performs multiple functions for Accelerate Sports, including market research, financial analysis, and preparation of marketing materials.

Mr. Fallas will graduate from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in June 2023. He graduated from Cornell University with Honors Summa Cum Laude and also was Two-Year Captain of the Varsity Men’s Basketball Team and Teaching Assistant while attending Cornell University.

Prior to joining Accelerate Sports, Mr. Fallas gained experience working as a Senior Associate at J&M Properties. He completed large CMBS cash-out refinance loan needed for operational liquidity by adjusting loan presentation, sourcing new lender, then quarterbacking deal from initial kickoff call through closing. He directed financing team, leading meetings with potential and existing lenders, constructed financial and qualitative analysis to present to Capital Partners, and closing multiple deals in total value of over $25M. He also researched and analyzed loan documents, and collaborated with Legal in order to strategize on proposals.

Mr. Fallas was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He was a Professional Basketball Player in the Israeli Super League from August 2017 to May 2019 and led team to 12-3 record following mid-season transfer, turning worst team in the league to playoff contender. Mr. Fallas was also featured in local newspaper highlighting the impact the transfer had on the organization.
